Gently - - - Blov?

Have you ever had a period in your life when you think that you'll never finish anything?  Even something simple like a "W"?

Pathetic

It's a beautiful day here in Southvestern Pennsylvania.  Yesterday the vind was really crazy, but today the vind has stopped bloving and it's lovely.  I'm going to finish up my vork as fast as I can and go sit by a sunny vindov.

  1. The vind is bloving here instead. Double the V, lady! (Why call it a double you when it's a double vee?)

  2. It's a little vindy here too!

Your WIP is beautiful though. Those Silver Creek Sampler designs are fun to stitch.

  3. Yes, I'm feeling a little bit that way with my BOAF Happy Hearts Sampler. I feel like I've been working on it forever. My own fault as I've introduced other things to work on as well. However, I love your WIP and you've probably got that W finished by now!!!

  4. I love that chart! & so nice for thinking of spring.

Too bad it wasn't "gently" blowing here yesterday. More like gale force. Still, since it was near 60 degrees, I took the girls to the playground after work/school.

  7. Oh yes, I know that and I've been there. But that's a very pretty WIP. And I love dto see al the pockets in your previous posts. That money pocket is such a lovely idea that I will try one myself (I hope you don't mind).

And the prom dresses in the post below? Incredible. And not in a good way.

  10. Oh absolutely. And I hate when that happens. I have a sweater that is SO close to being finished -- all it needs is just a little sewing-up and it's been sitting in a bag for almost five years. Talk about pathetic!
