I am so sorry for your loss. When I lost my Dad 4 years ago I was not ready, I am still not ready to let go, I don't think you ever really are. Time moves forward as do we all. HUGS to you and yours.
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I don't think it matters if you've come to terms with a parent dying,but when it actually happens, it's a shock to the system. Hugs and special thoughts your way.
