Love seeing your entryway house-themed stitchings, Lee. The one you finished for your mom really does fit in well! Do you think she'd mind if you kept it?
You are really on a roll with your daily posting! I'm impressed.
Your mom's piece is lovely! I just sent Bitter Flower out to my mom. All these years of stitching and I've never given her any of it.
I meant to comment on the SF trip. You are brave. We get to Durango in 2 days. Long days of driving and I really don't want to do it again. I'd rather fly any day.
The newly framed piece is very pretty. Love the frame. I bet your mom wouldn't mind if it stayed right where it was. After all, it might give her pleasure just knowing it is being enjoyed in your house.
What a pretty sampler! It fits nicely in your entryway :) I love the bellpull of the 4 houses and the one to the right of that in the gold frame - who are the designers, please?
Beautiful finish! I love that frame with that pattern and fabric. I scanned, but don't see where anyone's asked. What is that piece on the table on the right?

ReplyDeleteGotta love the Kennywood sign, too :)
See you in two days!!!!
Your entryway is great! The piece from your mom is perfect there!!
ReplyDeleteMy pictures as always crooked - usually because of the boys running being crazy in the house and shaking it up!
Love the Kennywood sign!!
I am sure that your mom wouldn't mind if you kept it for a bit :-)
ReplyDeleteLovely display and very nice table runner too.
KENNYWOOD! I'm ready to go right now.
ReplyDeleteLove the stitchery, too.
It's lovely and that's a perfect spot for it.
ReplyDeleteI think your mums stitching looks perfectly at home on your wall. Just don't mention it again and she may forget you even have it!!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and it does look nice in your entry way ;-).
